When do I send my list to Bargainprinting.com?
  We encourage customers submit their mailing list at the same time that they submit their order and artwork. Without the list we cannot start the mailing process that starts almost immediately when we receive an order. If your order does not require immediate mailing, please note that we require 3-4 business days to process your mailing order.
 
How do I submit my mailing list?
  The best way to submit your mailing list is by attaching it to your order when placing it with Bargainprinting.com. If you would like to submit it at a later time, you can upload it through the Contact Us section of the website or email it to info@bargainprinting.com. Finally you can mail your list on a CD or disk to:

Clearly indicate your order # on the disk, CD or include your order # in the name of the file, if you are not attaching your list file to your order and you are sending it using another method.
 
How should I save my list?
  Data Format - we can handle ASCII files which are in any of the following data formats:
 
Excel or Lotus 123 spreadsheet
Comma/quote delimited text
Access or dBase database
Tab-delimited
Fixed field (include field layout map indicating field names and positions in file)
Act, Maximizer, etc - do you have another software package not listed above? Most software (database and contact management such as Act & Outlook) can export data to a comma/quote delimited file. Be sure to create the correct data query so that you export only the records you expect to send us.
There will be an additional charge for data clean up if the data is in a word processor file without clearly indicated record and field layout marks.
   
What fields should my list include?
  Please limit each field to 40 characters
